Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary of the agreement between you and EVER Wedding Collection. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from this page. And if something is not right, you have 14 days to make it right.

1. What we do

EVER Wedding Collection helps you create a digital wedding invitation and plan your wedding. That can include a designed invitation you send to your guests, a wedding website with an RSVP, a guest list, and the planning that goes with them, such as your registry, seating, budget and timeline. You choose which parts to use. We may add, improve or retire parts over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password to manage. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for anyone you invite to help plan with you.

3. Fair use

Use EVER Wedding Collection for your own wedding or an event you are hosting. Please do not use it to break the law, to upload wording or images you have no right to use, to attack or overload the service, or to work around its limits or security. We can suspend an account that does.

4. Your content is yours

The wording, photos, designs and details you add to EVER Wedding Collection remain yours. You give us permission only to store, process and display them as needed to run the parts you have switched on, and to make the backups that keep them safe. You can export or delete your content; see the Privacy page.

5. Your guests' details

When you add a guest's name, email address, phone number or mailing address, you are confirming that you may share it with us so we can help you invite that guest and collect their reply. We use those details only for your wedding. We never sell them, share them with advertisers, or add your guests to any marketing. A guest can ask you, or us, to remove their details at any time.

6. A design made for you

If we create a custom invitation for you, we agree the look together and you may ask for the revisions included in your plan. The finished invitation is a digital one, yours to send to your guests. We do not print or post physical invitations.

7. The stylist and other assistance

Some parts can read a short description you type, such as the mood of your wedding, and suggest a design. To do that, the specific text you submit is sent to our technology provider to generate the suggestion, and the result is always yours to accept or change. Automated suggestions can be wrong, so please review them.

8. Pricing and payment

Each collection is a one-time purchase for your wedding, shown in full before you pay, with every guest included and no per-guest fees. You can design and explore for free, and you only pay when you choose to buy. The one recurring charge is extended storage, which renews once a year and which you can turn off at any time. Prices may change with reasonable notice, and a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Your collection is a one-time purchase. You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you have not yet sent any invitations or save-the-dates. Once you send them, your invitation has been delivered to your guests and the purchase is final and no longer refundable. If something is not right before you send, write to us within those 14 days and we will make it right or refund you. A custom design is bespoke work by a designer and is non-refundable once we have begun it. Extended storage renews once a year; you can turn it off at any time from your account, which stops the next year's charge and does not refund the current year.

10. Availability

We work hard to keep EVER Wedding Collection running and your content safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, EVER Wedding Collection is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Please keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

12. Ending it

You can stop using EVER Wedding Collection at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we are required to act on. When an account closes, we remove its content, including its guest list, after a short grace period; export anything you want to keep first.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continuing to use EVER Wedding Collection after a change means you accept it.
