This explains what EVER Wedding Collection collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. In short: we use your details, and your guests' details, only to help you invite your guests and plan your wedding, and we never sell them.

What we collect

• Your details: the email address you sign in with, your name, and the wedding account you belong to.
• What you add: your invitation wording and design, your wedding website, photos you upload, and your guest list, which can include each guest's name, email address, phone number and mailing address as you enter them.
• How it is used: simple records that help the service work, such as a one-way hashed form of an IP address, used to limit abuse and never stored as a readable address, and counts like whether an invitation has been opened or a reply received.
• Payments: if a paid part exists and you buy it, our payment processor handles your card. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the parts you have switched on, to sign you in, to take payment for anything you choose to buy, and to send the email the service needs: your login code, the invitation you send to your guests, and any reminder you set. We do not send you marketing you did not ask for, and every reminder can be switched off.

Your guests' privacy

The guest details you enter are used only to deliver your invitation and collect each guest's reply. Guests are never added to any marketing, and their details are not shared with advertisers or used to build a profile. A guest can ask you, or us, to remove their details, and we will.

The stylist

When you describe the mood of your wedding to the stylist, that specific text is sent to our technology provider to produce the suggestion you asked for. It is used to generate your result, not to train anyone's models.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or your guests' data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use the content of your account to build a profile of you or your guests for anyone else.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run EVER Wedding Collection: our hosting provider, to store the data; our payment processor, to take payment; our email provider, to deliver your invitations and your login codes; and our technology provider, to power the stylist as described above. Each handles only what its job needs. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

The outside services we use

A few outside companies help us run EVER Wedding Collection, and each one only handles what its part needs. None of them may use your details, or your guests' details, for anything of their own.

• Stripe takes payment when you buy. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store a full card number.
• Resend delivers email: both the invitations and reminders you send to your guests, and the plain service mail we send you, such as your sign-in code.
• Cloudflare serves the site quickly and safely, and gives us a privacy-friendly count of visitors that does not identify anyone.
• Telnyx sends text messages to your guests, and only when you turn on text delivery for your wedding.

Your guests' details, their names, emails, mailing addresses, RSVP answers and photos, belong to you, the host. We use them only to run your wedding, we never sell them, and we remove them after the retention period once your account closes.

Text messages

If your wedding uses text messages, we send them through Telnyx to the guests you list, and to you for messages about your account. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers and text opt-in are used only to run your wedding.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, and a few to remember simple preferences and to limit repeated actions. We do not use advertising or cross-site cookies.

Keeping it, and getting it out

Your content stays as long as your account uses the part it belongs to. You can export it from within most parts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it, including your guest list. After an account closes we remove its data following a short grace period.

Security

Uploaded files are stored outside the public web area and served only to people allowed to see them, sign-in uses one-time codes rather than passwords, and access is scoped to your own wedding account. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own email account secure too.

Children

EVER Wedding Collection is for adults planning a wedding and is not directed at children.
